Welcome to Woodend Farm Guesthouse where we offer quality Bed & Breakfast for the discerning traveller. Woodend Farmhouse is situated on The Duke of Portlands Welbeck Estate, in the ancient, Middle England, Sherwood Forest and Dukeries area of Nottinghamshire. Steeped in history and folklore and with easy access to the M1 and A1 motorways. It is told that Robin Hood and Dick Turpin used to frequent the surrounding sleepy villages. The house has been used in the past as a Brewery, Pub, Tollhouse, Working Farm, and now, a Guesthouse to provide accommodation for a thriving tourist area.

Woodend Farm was built around 1700 and underwent alterations in 1899 which can be seen from the original mason's drawings on show in reception. Further extensive renovations were carried out in 1999 to a high standard, providing rooms with en suite facilities, and a Breakfast Room. All rooms have been refurbished and upgraded in November / December 2009 to a high quality.
