A quiet sheltered park for touring caravans and tents, spaciously set in a mature fruit orchard on the outskirts of the old market town of Tuxford, and 1½ miles from the A1. Each pitch has electric hook-up and the centrally heated amenities block has free hot showers, free hair dryers, laundry room, freezer for ice packs, and a separate shower room for the less able. The park has a telephone, childrens play trail, orchard walks, and a dog walk. Calor Gas, dairy products, ice creams, are available at reception. Orchard Park is ideal for visiting nearby Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Rufford, and local towns and cities.
