This four bedroomed detached cottage comfortably sleeps six. The house is newly restored with central heating, fully fitted kitchen and an elegant living area. Located in the village of Muston, it is ideal for walkers and cyclists with plenty of footpaths and tracks nearby.

In Muston itself, there is a church dating back to the 13th century together with a pub and tea shop. Just three miles away is the village of Bottesford where you'll find grocery shops, restaurants and a fish and chip shop.

Situated in the picturesque Vale of Belvoir, nearby is Belvoir Castle which is a striking local landmark. Still privately owned, visits can be made to the castle, please check prior to arrival. The market town of Grantham is just six miles away and holds a regular market every Saturday. On the outskirts of Grantham you can find the nearby National Trust property of Belton House.

Testimonials:

A very comfortable cottage with plenty of room. Good walks straight from the door - either a gentle one around a meadow or a longer canal walk along which we saw swans with 3 cygnets and lots of tiny frogs on the bank. Set in a tiny village with a 13th century church and a very pleasant tearoom where they do a great egg and chips (3 of us wanted our eggs cooked differently and all were catered for). June 2011.

The house was full of character, lots of personal touches,a modern well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom and cloakroom. It had a lovely spacious garden. Nov 2010.

Lovely cottage, extremely well stocked with everything one could need, clean, excellent location, even had high speed internet. One of the best cottages we have been to. The owner was very helpful with information. Highly recommended. Aug 2010.
