Thoresby Gallery at Thoresby Courtyard offers an eclectic exhibition programme for a wide audience. We curate three ‘open’ exhibitions annually: The Wide Open, experience the gallery crammed full of amazing work by local Artists, The Autumn Open, where submitted entries by local artists are selected by a panel of professional judges and our Christmas Exhibition of small affordable works. Throughout the year we exhibit works by Marie Louise Roosevelt Pierrepont from our permanent collection and host other Artist led exhibitions, community or society led shows, and a month of ceramics. The gallery is also the venue for our Talks Programme and musical recitals.
Thoresby Gallery is available to Hire: Whether you are an individual artist or group of artists, designer/makers, school or community group, Thoresby Gallery is an ideal venue to stage your exhibition. The spacious, airy gallery is very accessible, open seven days a week, with free entry and parking and attracts 80,000 visitors a year. There’s always something to see at Thoresby!
