Robin Hood Festival 2016

Monday 01 - Sunday 07 August 2016
Sherwood Forest Country Park

Last year, the Robin Hood Festival celebrated 30 years. In 2016, the festival will return with the usual jousting tournaments, story tellers, comedy acts and of course, Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham as they clash once more in the home of our outlaw!

Walk through the forest and encounter many of the festivals characters, take part in a range of activities, visit the legendary Major Oak and enjoy refreshments and lunch in the cafe at the welcome centre.

Hosted by Nottinghamshire County Council, the festival is a favourite with families in the summer holidays and once again there will be a week of FREE entertainment and a daily programme packed with education and entertainment for all ages.
