Firewalk & Firework Spectacular

Charity Firewalk and Firework Spectacular is the hottest ticket in town this Bonfire Night!
If you’re looking for a different, more exciting and ultimately more rewarding experience this Bonfire Night, why not dare yourself to hot foot it over hot coals in aid of local charity.
My Sight Nottinghamshire, formerly NRSB, is looking for intrepid soles who don’t mind getting a bit hot underfoot to raise vital funds for Nottingham’s blind and partially sighted people. The annual charity Firewalk and Firework spectacular takes place on Saturday 3 November from 6:30pm against the stunning backdrop of Nottingham Castle.
Before taking part in this exhilarating charity challenge, participants will undertake a two-hour motivational seminar led by Cliff Mann of Time 4 Change who will teach heroic participants how to overcome the fears that so often prevent us all from achieving the goals we want in life.
Firewalkers will then have the opportunity to shine in front of an estimated crowd of around 1,000 spectators as they blaze a trail over 20 feet of smouldering embers at temperatures of around 800f, accompanied by drummers and flaming torch bearers! Having taken on the challenge of a life time and overcome their fears, intrepid firewalkers will then be treated to a spectacular firework display against the unique backdrop of Nottingham Castle. This amazing and unique Guy Fawkes experience also includes live music, excellent food stalls and a range of fire artists who will thrill and amaze firewalkers and spectators alike.

Firewalkers will be asked to pay a £10 registration fee (discounted to £5 when you register with a friend) and then raise £99 in sponsorship to help support the vital work of My Sight Nottinghamshire which supports local blind and partially sighted people.
