Meet The Edwardian Housekeeper & Afternoon Tea at Rufford Abbey

Sat 27th May 2017

3pm, meet in the Seminar Room, Rufford Abbey Stables.  £15 inclusive.  Max 25 people, suitable for adults and children over 8.

Meet Lord Savile's Edwardian housekeeper, who will introduce you - prospective new household servants - to life "below stairs" in a country mansion.  After a half hour chat (and probably some below stairs gossip!) she'll take you to Lord Savile's Kitchen and leave you to enjoy some tempting homemade cream scones with tea or coffee - all included in the price.  Suitable for anyone over 8 years.  Very little walking involved (just from the Stables block to the Restaurant) so accessible to everyone.
