Mansfield Woodhouse Community Market

The market takes place on the last saturday of each month (except for December - this year it is on 17/12/11) at the Turner Memorial Hall on Church Street, Mansfield Woodhouse. The idea of the market is to encourage local people to create and sell their produce to local people. Each month there are approx 40 stalls, selling a vast range of produce. For food lovers, there is seasonal fruit and vegetables, cakes, bread, jams, preserves. honey and chutneys. For green fingered gardeners, there are plants and floral arrangements. For lovers of craft and handicrafts, there are stalls displaying all crafts, such as hand made cards, jewellery, handmade soap, candles, Quilting, knitting, sewing, crochet, toiletries, lace making, pyrography, wood carving, handmade glass, and many many more
