Every year the International Byron Festival takes place in Hucknall and Newstead Abbey to celebrate the life of poet Lord Byron.

This ever-popular annual festival features a variety of activities to suit all ages and interests in and around Hucknall.

There is definitely something for all the family with many events and activities being free of charge.

Meet at Hucknall Marketplace 9.30am
Convoy to Newstead Abbey 10.30am

Scooters, classic cars and VW's will be on display with trophies to be won for the best vehicles in the show.

Live music beginas at 12pm, with The Colliders and more acts TBC

Beer tent - Hot Food - Ice Cream 

Free entry to Newstead abbey for all exhibiting cars - regular vehicles £6 parking
