Events in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

Search a whole host of events and festivals by date or browse our monthly calendar above to find out what's on in Nottinghamshire. The summer school holiday is an intriguing time to visit, with Sherwood's legendary Robin Hood Festival, outdoor theatre at Nottingham Castle or Newstead Abbey and of course the beach (!) as the Nottingham Riviera returns to Old Market Square.

In September, we've the DH Lawrence Festival and Robin Hood Festival of Running. October brings the world famous Goose Fair, Robin Hood Beer Festival and Robin Hood Pageant (both at Nottingham Castle). Round off the year in style with magical Christmas spectaculars at locations across the county.
