Farmers markets offer a convenient, healthy and fun way to buy locally grown and produced food. Within the County we have many farmers markets that offer a great range of produce, typically; free range beef, lamb, pork, organic produce, home cured bacon and hams, ostrich meat and eggs, poultry and eggs, local fruit, vegetables, speciality cheeses, jams, honey, ice cream, home-made cakes, bison and venison.
Nottinghamshire really is the perfect place to spend some time checking out our markets and farmers markets, along with having plenty of other things to do to keep you entertained.
Getting here couldn’t be simpler, either by car, bus, tram or train. Also, parking within the city is now so much easier with the new Parksmart system.

Beeston Farmers Market
Held on the 4th Friday of every month.
Location – Stoney Street, Beeston.
Bingham Farmers Market
Held on the 3rd Saturday of every month.
Location – Bingham Market Place.
Mansfield Farmers Market
Held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month, from 9am to 3pm.
Location – Buttercross Square, Mansfield.
Newark
Held on the 1st Wednesday of the month.
Location - Newark Market Place.
Nottingham Farmers Market
Held on the 3rd Friday of every month, from 9am onwards.
Location – City Square, Nottingham.
Retford Farmers Market
Held the 3rd Saturday of every month, from 9am onwards.
Location – Town Hall Yard (behind the Town Hall).
Southwell Farmers Market
Held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, from 9am to 3pm.
Location – Market Place, Southwell.
West Bridgford Farmers Market
Held on the second and fourth Saturday of the month.
Location – Central Avenue, West Bridgford.
