restaurant

Hart’s is a busy 80 seater restaurant which has for some eleven years claimed the title of Nottingham’s most successful up-market eatery. Hart’s aims to provide a thoroughly professional blend of skilled service and modern British cooking in a stylish and comfortable interior. General manager, Sally Martin, leads the front of house team.

The wine list was compiled by Tim Hart and includes a wide range of interesting bottles from small producers in the price bracket £15 – £30. Tom Earle’s cooking could be described as “Modern British”. His aim is to use top quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations.

A complete refurbishment, masterminded by Stefa Hart in January 2006, provided more intimate seating options in comfortable booths.
