HUGELY POPULAR REAL ALE PUB WITH A LOT TO OFFER
The Stratford Haven has been part of the Castle Rock Estate since 1999. Previously a pet shop, the site has been renovated to create the pub you see today. We still welcome dogs provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult!
Located close to both the City Ground (home of Nottingham Forest) and Trent Bridge (home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Notts Outlaws and most years playing host to the England team), ‘The Strat’ is frequented by sports fans whether or not there’s a game on.
With 14 hand pulls, the beer range features micro brewed beers alongside some well-known favourites and of course a good selection from the Castle Rock range. In addition we boast a hand pulled traditional cider and an ever increasing range of bottled beers.
Our food is homemade, offering everything from cheese cobs to sharing platters, with a specials menu to suit all tastes. Plus we host a weekly curry, pie, pizza and steak nights, with a regular match-day barbecue- discounted for our ever loyal season ticket holders. And of course a weekly quiz, for our intellectual customers.
In essence, with everything we do, we’re a pub that strives to be at the heart of the community.
Full menu and wine list available.
