Bramleys Brasserie

Named after the Nottinghamshire Bramley apple, Bramleys Brasserie is located perfectly on the ground floor of the Orchard Hotel, hidden away on the University of Nottingham's campus. Situated just a few minutes’ walk away from the famous Wollaton Hall - you might spot Batman if you are lucky! -, so whether you’ve had a walk around the grounds and deer park or have toured the lovely landscaped parkland the University has to offer, this is the perfect place to unwind and grab a bite to eat.

The menu, which changes seasonally, offers modern British cuisine with an emphasis on locally-sourced and inspired dishes. As we move into the autumn, the new menu reflects this with the dishes on offer.

To start, our head chef suggests the rabbit, pheasant and smoked bacon terrine served with Bramley apple chutney and toasted brioche or the smoked mackerel and horseradish pate, beetroot relish served with walnut and raisin bread. Moving on to the mains, enjoy the Moroccan lamb tagine with apricots and almonds, served with preserved lemon and herb quinoa or sample the mushroom, leek and gruyere tart served with a warm vegetable salad. To finish, try the baked blackberry and vanilla cheesecake with blackberry compote or enjoy warm treacle tart with clotted cream and lemon curd!

Bramleys Brasserie is the perfect choice to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or simply spoil yourself with our delicious Afternoon Tea offering, enjoy a selection of mini sandwiches, cake and tea.

Incorporating a more relaxed dining experience, you can eat anything from the menu without limitations of where to sit. Fancy a booth in the secluded area of the lobby or opt to dine in the Brasserie, the choice is up to you.

Open to non-residents, Bramleys Brasserie provides relaxed surroundings in which to enjoy superb food, with ample complimentary parking, only 2 miles from Nottingham.

To keep up to date with the various offers, visit the Bramleys Brasserie website for more information.

To make a booking call Bramleys direct on 0115 876 0881 or email a member of the  bramleys@deverevenues.co.uk
