Adams’ Restaurant, Talent of the future feeding the Industry
Adams’ Restaurant is nestled in the heart of the Lace Market within a stunning grade II listed lace factory. It is staffed by our students under the guidance of experienced chef lecturers and food & beverage service professionals.
We deliver a high standard of elegant European cuisine and service for unrivalled value for money using of quality, seasonal produce. Adams’ has a strong reputation with recognition from the AA Guide, many industry partners as well as receiving consistently excellent reviews on Trip Advisor.
The restaurant is open to the public for lunch from Wednesday to Friday and for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Our space is available for private hire and fully catered events. Students on our catering and hospitality programmes train in the restaurant as part of their course and develop through invaluable hands-on experience.
Throughout the year our menus change with the seasons and at special times of the year we launch themed menus.
