Stylish shopping and Inspiring Arts and Crafts: Changing Art Exhibitions. Working Craftspeople side-by-side with elegant retail outlets in a stunning Grade 1 listed Victorian setting.

Thoresby Courtyard is an imaginative conversion of a Grade 1 listed building, recently transformed into a thriving retail area including an art gallery, busy cafe and a home for working crafts people.

The Courtyard sits beside Thoresby Hall, built by the third Earl Manvers in 1860. A Victorian mansion, it has been recently renovated and is now a luxury hotel and spa open to visitors. The Courtyard and Hotel are set within several thousand acres of forest, farmland and parkland that you can explore via a series of way marked walks. The Park has been owned by the Pierrepont family since the 1600s and remains a picture of a traditional country estate.

Complementing the Courtyard retail development, the former riding hall has been restored and has become a popular venue for visiting theatre companies, wedding receptions and conferences.

The ongoing development together with a creative vision is an exciting cultural venue for visitors to the heart of North Nottinghamshire.
