Partner Programmes can be tailor made to meet the requirements of any of your delegates’ partners who have made the journey from spa days to cultural history tours to golf! The team at Experience Nottinghamshire can provide more suggestions about attractions and entertainment options upon request.

Our online delegate registration service provides your event with a dedicated website where delegates can register, choose options for seminars and social programmes, as well as make payment for their place on the event. Tailor made packages can be  arranged to suit the needs of your event, with the following provided as standard:

• Website build to client brief
• Up to five delegate package types
• Use of system for delegates to register, amend or cancel bookings
• Telephone support for both delegates and event organisers
• Suggestions for social programmes as required
• Regular reports detailing

Charges for the above service are currently as follows: 

• One off build fee £500.00
• Registration cost - £5.00 per delegate

If online payment is required delegate registration fees can be sent to a PayPal account of your choice or Experience Nottinghamshire PayPal account (charges apply).

We can also provide on-line accommodation booking for your delegates including management of room allocations, taking payment and regular reporting.

Experience Nottinghamshire offers a full range of event support services including design and print of event literature, supply of delegate badges, and on-site registration. The team will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
